1. Show & Tell: Send photos, dimensions, and the story of your piece.
2. Bench Assessment: We inspect joinery, veneer, previous repairs, and finishes to set scope and budget.
3. Design Approval: Select finish/hardware/uph; receive a fixed quote and timeline.
4. Restore: We stabilize structure, repair, refinish, re‑assemble, and QC.
5. Return & Delivery: Approve final photos, pay balance, and schedule pickup or white‑glove delivery.
