1. Design Brief: You share dimensions, style references, must‑haves, color/finish preferences, target budget, and timeline.
2. Sourcing Hunt: We search markets, auctions, and dealer networks and present up to two candidate pieces that fit your brief (additional candidates optional).
3. Lock & Design: You select a candidate and approve the restoration design (finish menu, hardware, upholstery if needed).
4. Restore & Deliver: We acquire the piece, complete restoration, share final photos, and arrange delivery.
